Dr. Columbine (Collie) Mullins is Medical Director and practising GP at Healthology Medical Centres. Locally owned and operated, the practices include Rosny Park Family Practice and Rokeby Medical Centre.
Collie graduated from the University of Tasmania in 2004 with a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and a Bachelor of Medical Science (BMedSc). She became a Fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2012.
Passionate about preventative medicine and chronic disease management, Collie advocates for equitable access to healthcare. She builds positive relationships with her patients and community, guiding them to make small everyday changes that can have a lasting impact on their overall health.
In recent years, Collie has been specialising in cosmetic medicine, benefiting from the mentorship and extensive experience of the doctors at Laserway on Davey, alongside comprehensive training in laser treatments and cosmetic services. She has recently taken over Laserway on Davey and plans to continue its long-standing legacy as a doctor-led, medically based cosmetic practice.
Collie is committed to treating her patients individually and providing the highest quality of clinical care to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Currently, Collie is undertaking the Graduate Certificate of Phlebology, specializing in leg vein treatments, to ensure she can continue providing the highest level of care and management for patients suffering from vein disease.
Sue is a Graduate of the University of Tasmania, School of Medicine. Her background is in general practice. In 1995 she co-founded Laserway, a practice specialising in sclerotherapy (treatment of leg veins) and laser treatments.
Sue has completed training within Australia and overseas, including a course in Laser Biophysics run by the Harvard Medical School post graduate foundation.
Sue is a Fellow of the Australasian College of Phlebology (veins) and an Associate Member of ASLMS (American Society of Laser Medicine and Surgery).
In 2012, Laserway divided and Sue stayed on in the same site creating a new entity called Laserway on Davey.
Sue and her highly trained team of experienced professional practitioners are committed to delivering International best practice treatments through state of the art technologies and products. They are committed to ongoing education and training to ensure that they remain at the forefront of this progressive area of medicine.
Dr Sophie Otlowski grew up in Hobart and obtained her medical degree in 2015 from the University of Tasmania. Sophie is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners. Sophie has worked at Laserway on Davey since 2020 and performs a range of procedures including aesthetic treatments and treatments for venous disease. Sophie completed her Certificate of Basic Training in Phlebology in 2022 with the Australasian College of Phlebology.
Dr Fran Ramsay graduated from the University of Queensland and subspecialised in Bariatric Medicine (weight management). She was the Medical Coordinator of a multi-disciplinary, non-surgical weight loss clinic in Brisbane for 12 years. Since 2008 Dr Ramsay has worked with Bariatric Surgeons in Brisbane and Hobart.
In 2015 Dr Fran commenced work and training in Aesthetic Medicine and holds a Professional Diploma of Aesthetic Medicine. She believes in a holistic approach to enhance natural beauty and is proficient in many different modalities of aesthetics. Patient safety is paramount in her day-to-day work and her friendly, approachable manner helps patients feel confident and comfortable during their aesthetic treatments.

Dr Anna graduated from the University of Tasmania in 1996 and completed General Practice training in rural NSW, obtaining fellowship of the RACGP in 2002.
Dr Anna values long-term therapeutic relationships and takes a holistic view of health and wellbeing. She integrates aesthetic and lifestyle medicine to support healthy ageing and help patients look and feel their best—naturally and confidently.

Dr Karen graduated from the University of Tasmania in 1998 with a Bachelor of Medicine/Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and a Bachelor of Medical Science (BMedSc). She is a fellow of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) and has a Fellowship in Advanced Rural General Practice.
Karen brings a wealth of diverse experience, having worked across Tasmania, Melbourne, Adelaide, London’s busy A&E departments, and even as a Ship’s Doctor with Princess Cruises. Her interest in aesthetic medicine began over a decade ago and is now being brought to life through her work at Laserway, where she combines her clinical expertise with a passion for helping patients feel confident in their skin.
Alongside her work in aesthetic medicine, Karen continues to practice as a GP in Hobart and its surrounding suburbs. Outside of medicine, she enjoys music, cooking, bushwalking, and spending quality time with her family and beloved pets.

We are thrilled to welcome Dr Katya Malchukova to our team. With a passion for aesthetic medicine and an impressive breadth of clinical experience, Dr Katya brings a deeply informed and thoughtful approach to patient care.
Originally trained in Russia, Dr Katya graduated from Saint Petersburg University, after relocating to Australia in 2005, she worked across a range of disciplines including emergency medicine, general medicine, palliative care, and paediatrics.
Dr Katya completed her General Practice training in Hobart, earning her Fellowship with the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners (FRACGP) in 2019. Alongside general practice, she developed a strong interest in skin health and undertook extensive further training through the Skin Cancer College Australasia (SCCA), she is a Skin Cancer Accredited Doctor.
In recent years, Dr Katya has worked in both general practice and dedicated skin clinics across the Hobart region. She is currently pursuing further education, undertaking a Graduate Certificate of Phlebology (leg veins) and Professional Diploma of Aesthetic medicine.
Dr Katya is passionate about helping patients to achieve their best look, she believes that aesthetic medicine requires holistic approach. She is combining her strong clinical foundation with an aesthetic eye to deliver thoughtful, natural outcomes.
Graduating as Dux of Papillon Beauty Academy in 2015 with a Diploma of Beauty Therapy, Mahalia has since honed her skills as a therapist working at various day spa’s, boutique’s and salons, most recently managing a laser clinic in Hobart.
Mahalia has a keen interest in Aesthetic Medicine and is skilled in using various devices and performing a diverse range of treatments. She has completed consistent training throughout her career and enjoys discovering and researching new treatments, methods and devices as they become available.
Mahalia is passionate about skin health and believes that through a holistic approach, a healthy, radiant complexion can be achieved.
With over 10 years of experience in the cosmetic industry, Chiara brings a wealth of expertise and passion to her work. She holds an Associate Degree in Cosmetic Science and is currently furthering her knowledge by pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Dermal Science with AACDs. She is fluent in both Mandarin and Chinese. Chiara’s ability to connect with a diverse range of patients enhances her ability to provide tailored, expert advice. Her dedication to beauty and wellness extends beyond her professional pursuits.

Jenny has been involved in this area of Medicine with Dr Sue Galligan since 1999. During that time she has successfully overhauled office policies and procedures optimising internal efficiency. She has also been responsible for ensuring business and medical compliance obligations are met and maintained in addition to keeping abreast of legislative changes relevant to the practice. Jenny is committed to fostering excellent working relationships with all providers as well as being the liaison person for communication between staff, doctors and patients. This assists greatly in enabling the practice to consistently provide the highest standards of customer service to meet the needs and expectations of our patients.
Jenny holds a Diploma in Professional Practice Management and is a member of the Australian Association of Practice Managers.
